The only way to heal depression and deal with loss is by doing the very things you do not feel like doing. Those are the bricks in the new castle that will be what you become. For everything that you do not do, is just reenforcement of what you think you currently are. Do not accomplish things because you feel like it. Do it because it must be done. It is what is in front of you.
The paradox of depression is that we do nothing because we do not feel like it. And we feel like nothing because we are accomplishing nothing.
