When a person or group decides to handle a legal matter in accordance with their personal beliefs, motives, or prejudices, possibly due to a sense of entitlement manifested by their jurisdiction, appointment, or custody over a legal matter.  At the same time, their agenda or personal bias is elevated to a higher priority than their judicial, legal, and ethical responsibilities to the life or lives they are destroying.
