State of Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds:
I am confident that you are already aware of the historical timeline of evidence, so I will not take your time revisiting it in this correspondence. Last week, I filed my amended tax returns in accordance with the timeline I previously communicated to the State of Iowa; after the State produced evidence showing that it had disregarded a payment arrangement with a citizen who currently has multiple active, statewide grievances under investigation.
2018 Total Income Tax Due: $158 Refund to Citizen (Out of Statute)
2019 Total Income Tax Due: $75 Refund to Citizen (Out of Statute)
2020 Total Income Tax Due: $0
Total Owed to the State of Iowa: Nothing
I am respectfully requesting an itemized record of all payments I have made under past payment arrangements over the last several years while triaging this situation. I am also requesting a full refund of those payments so that I may recover the funds necessary for basic living expenses later this month.
Over a month ago, I submitted public records requests to the following State of Iowa agencies, seeking any documents that may provide evidence of inter-agency coordination related to the attacks, unethical conduct, and possible criminal actions that the evidence indicates have been directed against me by the State of Iowa:
- Office of the Governor (Kim Reynolds): No response / No records produced
- Office of the Attorney General: No response / No records produced
- Iowa Judicial Branch: Acknowledged receipt, but provided no records
- Iowa Department of Public Safety: Produced a complete cache of multiple months of electronic correspondence demonstrating that numerous public records requests were disregarded by executive-level officials within the State of Iowa. Simultaneously, the DPS, IPIB, ICRC, and Attorney General’s Office each previously produced evidence of ignoring or failing to disclose records responsive to those same requests.
This is how I have spent my US Navy Retirement within the State of Iowa:
Evidence supporting Jasper County, Iowa’s failure to maintain proper domestic violence protections equally for male and female protected parties (see Iowa Code Chapter 216), related to evidence supporting military sexual trauma and years of documented domestic abuse.
Evidence supporting countless acts of public records concealment manifested by the State of Iowa (see Iowa Code Chapter 22).
Evidence supporting countless acts of misrepresentation (see Iowa Court Rules Chapter 32).
Evidence supporting countless acts of State of Iowa attorney misconduct (see Iowa Court Rules Chapter 32).
Evidence supporting a systematic effort by the Iowa Judicial Branch, via court rule changes, to cover up this licensed misconduct (see Iowa Court Rules Chapter 35.4(1)).
Evidence supporting service-connected mental health discrimination (see Iowa Code Chapter 216) by the Iowa Public Information Board, Iowa Attorney General’s Office, and Iowa Department of Public Safety.
Evidence supporting false allegations of physical and sexual abuse (Jasper County, Iowa).
Evidence supporting false allegations of stalking (see Iowa Code § 708.11) (Jasper County, Iowa).
Evidence supporting false allegations of harassment (see Iowa Code § 708.7) (State of Iowa, Jasper County, Iowa, City of Newton, Iowa).
Evidence supporting over $400,000 in alleged public records fraud (see Iowa Code Section 22.3) (City of Marshalltown, IA).
Evidence supporting thousands of dollars in statewide public records fraud (see Iowa Code Section 22.3).
Evidence supporting the Iowa Public Information Board’s failure to fulfill its tax-funded responsibilities as articulated by the Iowa Legislature in Iowa Code Chapter 23.
Evidence supporting the Iowa Civil Rights Commission’s failure to fulfill its tax-funded responsibilities as articulated by the Iowa Legislature in Iowa Code Chapter 216.
Evidence supporting protected-class surveillance initiated and conducted by the Iowa Department of Public Safety.
Evidence supporting multiple acts of disregard toward state and federal constitutional rights, state and federal civil rights, and Iowa Code responsibilities, manifested by State of Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds against citizens of the State of Iowa.
I have one parting question for you, Governor Reynolds:
Will you, and the unethical actors within the State of Iowa’s leadership; those whom the Iowa Code shows you have appointed, directly or indirectly; ever provide real evidence that you possess the courage to get your hands dirty?
I’ve grown quite bored watching you all play patty-cake with the State of Iowa’s topsoil while sitting in your lofty, tax-funded executive chairs; chairs resting on the very ground defended by the United States Armed Forces.
The Form of Democratic Capitalism Within a Republic

Within a capitalistic republic, for one party to rise or profit, another must fall or lose what they have. Evidence indicates that within the leadership of a republic, there are those willing to push the very citizens they claim to serve; including disabled veterans who devoted their lives to that service; to the brink of suicide to preserve their own power or profit.
At the same time, the evidence supporting these unethical, corrupt, and cowardly actors shows they have placed their lust for political influence and material wealth above the safety, dignity, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of the people they swore to protect.
Beneath our polished clothing, our illusions of sophistication, our entitlement, and our arrogance, we remain animals capable of devouring one another for gain. The evidence suggests that capitalism, at its core, is nothing more than an agreed-upon framework of laws that sanctifies socially acceptable forms of interpersonal exploitation in the pursuit of profit.

My Oath to the People of Iowa
I will clean up this State lawfully, just as I served this Nation honorably for the twenty years prior to my return. The evidence supporting the unethical and criminal acts that some within this State’s leadership are willing to manifest to protect their chosen false reality is evidence I will present in a court of law, on my path to publicly cross-cut shredding Iowa Code Chapter 23 in pursuit of lawfully motivating this State to reinstate Iowa Code Section 22.6, so that the evidence supporting the corrupt within the State of Iowa’s leadership is not paid for by the citizens of Iowa (see Iowa Code § 22.10), but by those responsible for manifesting tyranny in a country they may have never spent a single moment of their lives defending (see former Iowa Code § 22.6 prior to its repeal by the Iowa Legislature).

Iowa Open Records Request – State of Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds
I am respectfully requesting an electronic mail public record identifying the tax-funded email address of the Governor of the State of Iowa, Kim Reynolds, associated with the Google Workspace account used to administer the people’s tax-funded work and accessed by the Governor after proper authentication.
I am also requesting a signed affidavit affirming that there are no past, present, or planned deployments of network-security communications parameters or organizational-unit isolation that prevent, restrain, or abridge lawful external communications with Governor Kim Reynolds in any manner that may violate Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution of the State of Iowa or the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
