Deceit and other evidence of attorney misconduct is a bull that must be masterfully and strategically ridden into the dirt from which it came. 

The Form of the Iowa Judicial Branch Licensed Gaslit Reality Distortion Field

A form of unethical rhetoric practiced or enabled by licensed attorneys of the Iowa Judicial Branch, characterized by misrepresentation, intentional ambiguity, and strategic omissions (See Iowa Rules of the Court §§ 32:4.1(a), 32:8.4(c))—with the malicious or willfully negligent intent of distorting the recipient’s perception and understanding of reality.

Simultaneously, it functions to damage, obstruct, or delay (See Iowa Rules of the Court § 32:4.4(a)) the individual’s access to rights, liberties, and lawful remedies.

At the same time, unethical actors within the Iowa Judicial Branch’s licensed community serve to enable and manifest the state’s corruption, authoritarianism, and tyranny—all under the cloak of bureaucratic procedure.

“Be seated… I want you to remember that no attorney ever truly won a court case through misconduct. They won it by honorably providing evidence of the other poor dumb attorney’s misconduct.

Men, women—all this stuff you’ve heard about America not wanting to fight for the civil rights of another and wanting to stay out of this political and culture war—is a lot of horse dung.

Americans traditionally love to fight. All real Americans love the sting of the judicial battlefield. When you were kids, you all admired the champion marble shooter, the fastest runner, big-league ballplayers, the toughest boxer. Americans love a winner and will not tolerate a dishonorable loser. Americans play to win all the time. I wouldn’t give a hoot in hell for an attorney that lost through misconduct and laughed. That’s why Americans have never lost—and will never lose—a war. Because the very thought of dishonorable conduct and losing is hateful to Americans.

Now, citizens of a republic are a team. They live, eat, sleep, and fight as a team. This ‘Make America Great Again’ stuff is a bunch of crap. Those bureaucrats who wrote that stuff for Project 2025 don’t know anything more about a real constitutional republic than they do about fornicating.

Now we have the best constitutional republic in the world, the best spirit, and the best citizens in the world built on a foundation of immigration, habeas corpus, and equal rights for all. You know, I actually pity those poor attorneys we’re going up against. I really do. We’re not just going to expose their misconduct—we’re going to take their discredited law degrees and licenses hanging from their walls and use them to grease the gears of justice in this republic. We’re going to expose those lousy, unethical licensed Iowa attorneys by the bushel.

Now, some of you boys and girls, I know, are wondering whether or not you’ll chicken out in court. Don’t worry about it. I can assure you that you will all do your duty. The unethical within the Iowa Judicial Branch’s licensed community are the enemy. Expose evidence of their misconduct. Honorably discredit their professional careers. Lawfully remove them from their positions. When you reach for the hand of your spouse or your child and realize they were just deported without due process—you’ll know what to do.

Now, there’s another thing I want you to remember. I don’t want to get any messages saying that we are holding our position. We’re not holding anything—let the unethical within the Iowa Judicial Branch’s licensed community do that. We are advancing constantly, and we are not interested in holding on to anything except the enemy to the rule of law and our founding documents. We are going to hold on to them by the nose—and lawfully dismantle their misconduct before the Iowa judiciary.  We are going to lawfully dismantle them every time. And we are going to go through them like crap through Iowa livestock.

Now, there’s one thing that you men and women will be able to say when you get back home, and you may thank God for it. Thirty years from now, when you’re sitting around your fireside with your grandson on your knee, and he asks you, ‘What did you do in the moments after 9/11?’—you won’t have to say, ‘Well… I shoveled evidence of attorney misconduct in the Governor’s office.’
