The Form of the Judicial Dog Fight

Thomas,

Good morning, I hope you are doing well.

I am working with a Codeable developer (whom I have BCC’d on this email to protect their privacy) and have added them to the phoenixharbor-stage project. Yesterday, they were unable to access assets within my phoenixharbor-net instance via the web file viewer tool. I suspect this may be related to permissions, since they were not previously included in the phoenixharbor-net project as a member.

I want to make sure this developer has everything they need to continue their work. If there are any configuration steps, roles, or access controls that I may have missed that would prevent their access to the web file viewer or other relevant tools, please let me know so I can correct them.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the level of support I have received from your company. I selected your services in part because you operate outside the United States during a time when substantial evidence of government misconduct, corruption, and alleged criminal conduct by elected and appointed officials directed toward me during my investigation left me feeling deeply betrayed by the country I served and led to a significant loss of trust. Since relocating to Marshall County, Iowa, and interacting with the elected and appointed leadership here, that trust has been significantly restored within the jurisdiction where I now live.

Beginning in 2026, I intend to file a substantial number of court cases in Iowa state and federal courts. As part of that work, I plan to relocate all of my information system assets to Marshall County, Iowa, in order to simplify discovery and demonstrate my respect for the jurisdictional authority of the Iowa Attorney General’s Office, the Marshall County Attorney’s Office, and the City of Marshalltown, IA.

In light of publicly available evidence supporting a growing concern regarding the trajectory of the United States of America, and in support of lawful advocacy and citizen education on the constitutional benefits of distributed, encrypted communications, I intend to move my public-facing work to the dark web. I believe this paradigm of communication will only increase in importance and popularity as more evidence of government corruption, lawlessness, unethical and corrupt law enforcement, and corporate abuse of power continues to emerge.

With that in mind, I would like to continue receiving services through Elest.io in the future while incorporating your “Bring Your Own Server” offering into a full stack located in Marshall County, Iowa. I am respectfully requesting guidance on estimated costs and recommended configurations for the following open-source intelligence stack:

  • Tor / WordPress
  • Tor / Baserow
  • Tor / Paperless-ngx
  • Tor / LinkWarden
  • n8n
  • Stirling-PDF
  • Botpress

The Form of the Honorable – The Form of the Forgotten

When the evidence indicates that we have been betrayed and abandoned on the field of battle by the unethical and the criminal within our government, we are no longer fighting to defend them; we fight to defend the people whom they have failed while possibly seeking benefit only for themselves in the positions they were entrusted with. When we no longer recognize the country we have served, what matters is that we never forget our lawful and sacred duty to defend and restore our republic.

The Form of the 2026 Marshalltown, IA Police Department Zero-Evidence Home Search

Chief of Police: Mr. Merritt, you mean to tell me you are accomplishing all of this with four Raspberry Pis and three Walmart discount boxes?
The Cipher Hunter: It’s not the server, Maverick; it’s the pilot. Are you going to arrest me, Chief, or did you just come here to find out whether I eat Casey’s or Kwik Star donuts? I really have to give you credit, Chief Jones; at least I am in the State of Iowa this time.

Thank you again for your support, and I look forward to your guidance on both the access issue for my developer and the infrastructure questions above.

Respectfully,

Michael J. Merritt
