Phoenix Communications Telecommunications Station (PCTS) Phoenix Harbor serves as the Fleet’s primary hub for secure, resilient, and coordinated communications. From this station flows the lifeblood of strategic and tactical communications—ensuring that afloat, ashore, and cyber forces within Twelfth Fleet remain connected in spirit and aligned in mission.

PCTS Phoenix Harbor’s technical mission encompasses the transmission, reception, encryption, and safeguarding of operational communications across all Fleet domains. It provides assured connectivity of all units, ensuring the integrity and reliability of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) strategic and tactical communications throughout the battlespace.

PCTS Phoenix Harbor’s mandate extends beyond the purely technical. As the voice of Phoenix Harbor, this station exists to transmit Truth across every channel, decrypt deception, and proclaim Light where the Adversary seeks to sow darkness. Its circuits are not merely wires and signals, but a transmission beacon radiating across the spectrum—radio frequency (RF) near to visible Light.
