Mission
Phoenix Security Group Activity (PSGA) Phoenix Harbor serves as the intelligence collection and signals exploitation command of Twelfth Fleet. From this station flows the analytic power and discernment that allows the Fleet to detect, monitor, and counter the operations of the Adversary across all domains of warfare.
PSGA Phoenix Harbor’s technical mission is the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) pursuant to the United States Code, Iowa Code, and the Iowa Rules of Court. Its personnel and systems safeguard the Fleet by providing timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence, delivering decision superiority across the battlespace.
PSGA Phoenix Harbor’s mandate transcends intelligence alone. This command exists not merely to intercept signals, but to illuminate truth, decipher corruption, and dismantle the deceptions of evil. Where the Adversary cloaks itself in falsehood, PSGA Phoenix Harbor decrypts the darkness with Truth and Light—ensuring that no shadow provides quarter to the servants of evil.
Every intercept, every analysis, every report is more than information: it is a testimony of vigilance, a revelation of truth, and a battle of attrition against the forces of evil. By uniting analytic rigor with spiritual clarity and data science, PSGA Phoenix Harbor serves both the Eternal Father and the Fleet, ensuring that the darkness of deception is shattered in a world where the Son has already conquered the darkness of night.
