As an information and cyber warfare cruiser, she embodies the Fleet’s dual heritage of naval tradition and Information Warfare (IW) innovation, standing as both a warship of steel and a vessel of Light.
Cipher Hunter’s tactical mission is to manifest and deliver multi-domain lawful information dominance against corruption within municipal, county, state, and federal agencies—through integrated sensors, the strategic deployment of Truth, and intelligence collection. She coordinates with Twelfth Fleet shore operations to detect, track, and neutralize threats to the rights and liberties of all God’s children pursuant to the rules of engagement documented in the U.S. Code, Iowa Code, and Iowa Rules of Court, ensuring command and superiority across all Areas of Operation (AOR).
Cipher Hunter’s mandate transcends information warfare capability. This warship sails not only to project Truth, but to hunt deception, expose corruption, and lawfully strike against the darkness of evil pursuant to local jurisdictional administrative and civil procedure.
